What happens after you press the button
The time is held in the diary the moment you book it, and nobody else can take it. The joining link is not sent automatically yet, so Reuben Mann sends it to you by hand; write to reuben@loadfactor.agency if you need it sooner. The calendar file is on the confirmation as soon as you book.
Recording is asked for, never assumed. A call is recorded only when every person in it has said yes, in the room, before anything records. Saying no does not stop the call, and withdrawing at any point stops the recording. A recording is deleted after ninety days; the consent log outlives it, because that log is the record that the recording was lawful.
Nothing about the call goes in the record. The record is edited on its own terms and a conversation with us buys no place in it.
