One email address, read and answered by the person who would do the work. We publish the aerospace and defense record, and we sell companies a channel on our titles: their own announcements and their people's pieces, produced by us, approved by them. There is one person here. I edit the titles, I conduct the interviews, and I answer this address.
The email address
If your first question is the one you think disqualifies you, send that one. An email answer costs you a day; finding out a quarter into a subscription costs you the quarter.
If you are ready to start, send us a link
Send us a link to something your company has published. → /record/submit
The reply tells you what a channel would carry for your company and which band fits. What a channel is, is on publish, and every price is on pricing.
Who answers, and when
Every email to that address comes to me, Reuben Mann. My record is on my page.
Customers get written response commitments: response times on their pieces and their email, and a phone number for anything urgent. Those commitments are published with the prices on pricing, and they start when a subscription starts.
Where this is run from
British Columbia, Canada, and the work is done remotely. Many of the companies this firm serves are in the United States, which changes which hours overlap with yours.
Whether there is room for you right now
We take a fixed number of channels at once. The caps, the current availability and the date they were last checked are on pricing. If it reads full, it is full.
